Ask the agency for a new temporary password. You will be asked to choose your own the first time you sign in.
A video or photo didn't upload
Keep the app open with a connection: uploads resume on their own. If it still fails, tell the agency which task it was.
Delete my account
In the app: Profile ▸ Delete my account. Your sign-in is removed immediately and your data within 30 days. Privacy policy.
